Improve BOZ GPU processing information

  • update GPU notebook:
    • nvidia-smi command to check GPU usage
    • information on amount of data to be loaded
  • include online cluster specifics
  • remove BOZ correction validation notebook as we have never used it
  • includes instructions on damnit BOZ small-data processing
