New path for the DAQ introduced in proposal 8356

David Doblas Jiménez requested to merge prop_8356 into main

@karpicsi introduced a change, which makes more sense, in the path for the DAQ where the MCP karabo device writes its data to. This MR tries to accomodate this change, keeping compatibility with the old path used in previouse proposals.
