Fix broken job monitor
Description
Looks like I brok the job monitor in a fairly embarassing way. Which is funny as I probably fixed this when running the code, but never committed it.
How Has This Been Tested?
It boots up this way. It doesn't boot up the original way.

- Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
