Remove local_output option from more characterisation NBs
Description
LPD, Shimadzu and JUNGFRAU dark notebooks. We agreed to simplify the constant writing & injection code by always writing the constants in the output folder.
Also updates their use of the write_ccv function following MR !1167 (merged).
How Has This Been Tested?
JF & LPD dark notebooks run manually as far as writing out constants. The Shimadzu notebook currently fails on something unrelated (error retrieving PDUs), so I haven't been able to test it.
