Add offline AGIPD litframe finder
This enables to find AGIPD lit-frames offline in case if the karaboDevices/agipdLitFrameFinder> device wasn't store properly.
Main algorithmic part of code isolated in class AgipdLitFrameFinderBase and repeats the corresponded code in Karabo device.
