Allow browsing pages in MRs through artifacts, while keep the standard publication for the main branch.
This prevents publication of the results for branches. Instead branches results can be previewed inside the artifact with a path displayed int he CI pipeline output (ie: https://dataanalysis.pages.xfel.eu/-/documentation-analysis-experimental-techniques/-/jobs/1232466/artifacts/public/fxe/index.html).
